All fees include local VAT 10%
- Day rate 350 EUR will be available onsite only.
- Included in the registration fee : Welcome Reception 7th September and Networking event 8th September.
Methods of payment
All payments are in Euro (€) and the full amount must be received before the corresponding deadline.
Accepted credit cards are: Mastercard, Visa or American Express.
Payment by credit card is preferred.
Alternatively, direct bank transfer, please find the bank details from the registration payment processes page.
In order to facilitate easy processing, please indicate your registration number in your remittance(s).
Confirmation of Registration
We will send you a final confirmation of your registration by email once your payment has been received.
Any replacement (i.e. change of participant’s name) of a confirmed registration is subject to a 100 EUR administration fee per participant.
Cancellation & refund
All cancellations are subject to a 100 EUR administration fee per participant. The deadline to receive the cancellation request is 10 July 2018. Cancellation requests after this date are not refunded.
